Here is the confirmation number 2012062300191615 of the dress I ordered and cancelled within 2 hours. I have made several attempts for your company to refund the full amount of a dress that was never received and order cancelled almost immediately from the time of purchase. However your company has refused to refund the full amount, considering that you and I have email correspondence canceling the order within hours and not after one business day. As your policy states on your website: "If you wish t cancel the order, then you have to contact us within 24 hours, Orders canceled after 1 day of payment confirmation will be eligible for 50% of the product refund and the full shipping cost. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled." As your policy states my order was cancelled right after I received my confirmation number via email and on your website (see on your product reviews). My purchase amount was $143.99 plus $24.99 & $9.99 for shipping charges. Had I received what your company states I should have received $71.00 for the dress plus $24.99 & $9.99 which would have added up to $106.97. However your company only refunded $90.00. I would really appreciate a full refund of this purchase which was cancelled within 24 hours. It is a shame that your company steals, yes steals money from consumers for merchandise that was never received and canceled within your company's cancelation policy,

Your company is a rip off and anyone who reads this should not buy from this company!!! I ordered a dress and in less than 2 hours after purchase emailed this company to cancel order. I was only refunded 1/2 of the 180.00 for the dress that was never purchased and cancelled. As per your return policy it states that any orders placed and cancelled after 1 business day will be eligible for a refund of 50% of purchase price and all shipping charges. What a rip off, how do you explain having an ordered cancelled almost immediately within purchase to qualify for 1 day after purchase. What a rip off!!! I will also be posting on your facebook page so no other consumer will taken by your company.Boycott the Chinese Mfg.

Please be so kind to respond to my request for refund on the purchase of this dress cancelled. I have checked my account and I see no credit and no email response. As per my conversation with Pay Pal you should have been able to cancel the purchase and refund monies for a dress that was not purchased but cancelled wthin two hours.
