Hi , Im interested in ordering this dress code: 00204514, however i want to make sure it will look RIGHT on since i'm petite. will the strap be adjusted to my chest length? eq. hollow to top of breast is 4 inch so that it isnt too low down. and also is it possible to get a built in bra in place?
