hi I love the dress but i would like to make it shorter from the back so it will not touch the floor it means front and back same length 1 inch above the floor is that possible and the straps on the chest and waist are not chowing properly in the picture i would like more details on that the color i am interested on is burgundy thank you

I have ordered the above dress order no 32133 on the 20th April 2011 I have emailed you with reference to length of the dress I have measured hollow to floor 54 inches but I have ordered 58 inches to allow for shoes is this correct? Hollow to Floor This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with BARE FOOT ). I measured exactly how you explained but this doesn't mean I will wear the dress in bare foot, correct? How the situation will be resolved in this case, as the dress is too short and you didn't take into account my considerations in the order? Thank you,

Also, when measuring the 'hollow to floor' was I meant to be wearing heels as the lengths seem quite long? If i order the dress today will it arrive by the end of April? Thank you.
