I would like to know what your return policy is for this dress. I ordered it on January 22 and the dress still has not arrived, even though the website specifically says 31 days to make it. It is now March 10, and my event is very shortly around the corner. If my dress doesn't come in the mail when you promised, do I get a full refund?

I ordered this dress and another in February. They promised they would be here before April 15th and have a few days before for enough time for fitting. I have recieved information on this dress and it says it has been shipped but when i click for the 'detailed shipping info' nothing comes up and I havent recieved any information that the other dress has even been completed. I am very worried they wont be here in time.... What can i do to make sure that they will?

My dress hasn't even been shipped yet, it's still processing, and I'm worried I'm not going to get it in time for prom (this Saturday). I'd like to get it by Friday if that's possible please, and if I don't, I'll be returning the dress and expecting a full refund because I won't need it after prom. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to know, what's happening with my order. I paid for it 15.4.2011. Processing time is 18 days for this dress and 15 days for my evening dress. If I will count together is 33 days + shipping, another 8 days maximum. Today is 3.6.2011 and I still didn't get my order. Can you tell me, where is the problem. Thanks for your answer.

I love this dress, and I'm planning to wear this one at my matriculation exam. I wonder which fabric you would recommend this dress to be made out of? I want a fabric that's not heavy, but yet I don't want it to be too light because my thighs may look even bigger then. Thank you for this wonderful website!
