I am very interested in purchasing this dress. However, I need to know if I order a size 6 without alterations how long would it take for me to receive the gown. I need it by Feb. 14th. Also, can the bow be switched out for green? Thank you for your assistance. Caroline

I really want to buy this dress for my prom which is May20th, but i live in japan so i am worried it may not arrive on time. If i choose the option where you pay an extra 30$ will i be assured that it will arrive in 20days at the latest?
