(FITS004200)2013 Style Trumpet / Mermaid Strapless Court Trains Sleeveless Taffeta Wedding Dress For Brides

I ordered a wedding dress from a company in Shanghai, China. When it came, it was nothing like what the dress online looked like, it was not only the wrong color, but it was also not the same design and it was 4" too short in the front. I could not get them to respond to my emails/phone calls, etc. I sent pictures of the dress, showing all the issues with it, and never received a response. As a result, I was never able to return the dress for a refund. I later had to place a claim with my credit card company and received my money back. I just found your website and love the dresses, but am hesitant to order because of the situation dealt with before. Can you tell me if the dresses you make look like the pictures on your site? And if I order a dress in a certain color, will it be that color? I just don't know how this works with ordering from overseas, and if what I experienced was unusual. It was such a bad experience with them because the dress I got was absolutely nothing like the dress they had on their site. Thank you, Krissy Todd
