I ordered this dress, Order# 2012041912415313, on 4/19/12. I chose 'Receive by May 10, 2012' and paid the extra money to get it to me. It's currently 05/06/12 and the item is listed as 'Processing'. I'm quite concerned that it will not make it to me in Minneapolis, MN, USA, by that time. If it doesn't, I unfortunately, do not want the order because it will not be available for my reception. I don't want to lose 50% of the price I paid because I'm cancelling, but I do need it to arrive on time no matter what. Could you please advise me what to do or cancel my order without penalty? You have no true Customer Service email, only a Hong Kong phone number.

Hello, For this dress: (FITS007045)2011 Style Trumpet / Mermaid Bateau Court Trains Sleeveless Satin and Lace Wedding Dress For Brides; it says in the description that is also comes in red but in the area where I choose the color, red is not shown as an option. Is there any way I could get this dress in red or maybe even black or navy? I want it for a formal event, not a wedding,so I do not want it to look like a wedding dress. Thank you. -Olivia
