Nowhere am I able to get a link to request a return authorization. It just keeps going back to the home page. We ordered this dress and did receive it in a timely manner but when we opened it and looked at it it looked very much different than the picture shown. Much more than the 5% difference you allot. The under portion of the dress was hanging down into the back totally blocking the view of the layered tiers from the front view. This was in no way pictured even remotely in the website picture. There was also an issue with the area where the jewels were attached. It is so bulky on the underneath that it pushes up and the lining is clearly visible. We are very disappointed with the quality of the dress and would like to request a return. Could you please get in contact with us via the email listed above? At this point we have had the dress for approx 2 days.

I ordered this product on the 14th, but I need it for the 25th. I have been e-mailing the actual e-mail service center, but she is not answering any of my questions. I need to know what I can do to ensure it's delivery. I will pay extra. She just keeps insisting that the tailoring period is 10-20 days. I understand that, but I need the dress sooner, so is there a way around this to ensure that I receive the dress on time? The website is not very clear for first time shoppers. I hope that soon we will have a shipping/tailoring explanation on the check out page! :(
