We paid an extra $10 to have my dress delivered by today, and it did not arrive, and has not even been shipped. Can you help me please? I am very disappointed...can you give me a tracking number for my package, if it has been shipped? Thank you.

It was guaranteed to be here by the 25th of this month (April) because we paid extra for early delivery.
