Love this dress, but I'm not sure if the fuchsia color will be too pink... Would it be possible to order one then return it if the color's not right?

Hi the heading on this item reads Free shipping , but when I was going to check out it added $24, eventhough I also selected the period after 30 days, so I guess I am confused
