I tried to email you at service@fishinthesky.com and it was returned to me. So, I am trying this method: This is about an order from Ordered On 04/01/2012 Order Number:2012040115530418 We are concerned because this order is still in processing and the event we ordered it for will be in two weeks. We looked at the time frames for processing prior and shipping prior to purchase and thought it would be here in time. It still has not been shipped. It won't get here on time and we need to cancel the order. Please contact us about this as soon as possible. This was not a special taylor made item, it was a regular sized item.
