I still have not received an email about giving me a refund or how to return the dress?!?! I am having to file a dispute with my credit card because you did not send me the correct product. You promised a refund and I have received nothing. You also will not provide me with directions on how to return the dress??

Why am I getting emails now saying I will not be refunded because the dress looks silky in the picture???? The dress order number and description say, "(FITS0247327 )2012 Style A-line One Shoulder Hand-Made Flower Sleeveless Floor-length Chiffon Red Prom Dress / Evening Dress". I did not select to have the dress made to look like the picture, I selected a chiffon dress to match everyone else. You promised me a refund on this page and legally I expect that! I ordered a dress from you and selected chiffon, you decided to send me a silk dress though which was NOT what I ordered. The purpose of my dress is to match 5 other girls in a wedding. I need to make sure the dress I just RUSH ORDERED will be made of chiffon and match all the other dresses that have been ordered. I have had to order ANOTHER dress. Can you please make sure this one is made of Chiffon like the order page says??? This dress is supposed to match all of the other chiffon dresses that girls ordered from your website. If I do not get a chiffon dress I will not match EVERYONE else. Do you want to ruin a wedding??

I ordered a CHIFFON dress from fishinthesky.com to be used as a bridesmaid's dress for an upcoming wedding. Instead, last week I received a SILK dress. So far NOTHING has been done to help me or correct the issue or any of the other issues your company has caused the wedding.
