I ordered this dress and did all that was requested to have the length altered and still came in a long skirt. Plus the colors of the fabrics do not match! Can it be returned for full reimburse, including shipping? Very disappointed.

I am interested in purchasing a mother of the bride dress. I have looked at numerous designers and have seen some of these dresses in their catalogs. Your prices on the same dress I've seen in the catolog is less than half the price. Is the dress on your webpage made by the same company/designer I have seen in the catalogs? I hope that makes sense. I guess I am asking if you duplicate the dresses designers have in their catologs and make patterns from them. I am concerned about the 5 percent difference. Also concerned about not being able to speak to someone on the phone. I am ready to order from your site but, would love to know these things. Thank you, Cindy
