But we can accept rush order after 17th Feb, by then, you will get ur dress in 30 days,this kind of time frame can go without shipping fee,you can choose"free shipping" when you place the order.We also have rush shipping ,extra 9.99usd as rush shipping will let you receive ur dress in 25 days, 29.99usd as rush shipping fee can let have ur dress in 20 days and 69.99usd will do that in 15 days.If you have other concern ,pls feel free to contact us:)
