I ordered this dress and another in February. They promised they would be here before April 15th and have a few days before for enough time for fitting. I have recieved information on this dress and it says it has been shipped but when i click for the 'detailed shipping info' nothing comes up and I havent recieved any information that the other dress has even been completed. I am very worried they wont be here in time.... What can i do to make sure that they will?

Dress arrived promptly within 3 weeks to Thailand, however I did pay expedited delivery and they sent it normal delivery. Dress is nice, needs some minor size adjustments. Like the dress, however, it is not like in the photo, back of dress less scooped more v shaped, beads are small and scattered rather than a block of beads like on photo, chiffon fabric on length of dress sewn so falls more draped than in picture. All in all still nice but not quite what I imagined. Will still wear it for my beach wedding though.

I checked my 'order view'. It said my dress is shipped out on 4/9. It's already 10 dyas past after shipped out. I tried to track my EMS delivery, but there is not enough information to track of it. For my 'Order View' it only says '222389693'. However, in order to track my dress through EMS I need more information (2 letters and numbers and 2 letters). Can you tell me more detrail of my delivery numbers? Also, I am really upset right now! you guys took almost 50 processing days without ANY NOTIFICATION!! (which supposed to take 15 days) and now there is not enough information to track of my delivery. And it already passed the date that it supposed to come!!!! Please take care of it ASAP!

I am in love with this dress, i originality found this dress, exact picture and everything from Maggie Sottero, and then went to a local bridal store and they had it there for $1800.00 and i was just wondering about the dress being so cheap at this website. I am ordering this dress as a maid of honor dress in Lilac..I need the beading to be silver not white. the other brides maids are ordering the Empire Casual Wedding Dresses Sweetheart Ruffles in Lilac also. Will the colors be exactly the same and will the beading be exactly the same? Should we let you know who is a part of the bridal party so we can ensure the dresses are all the same?

How many more days will this take? Are you having problems making the dresses? Are they really finished making as i was told? What is the real story behind these dresses? You have already spoiled the plans by sending only two of the dresses. Now i dont know what to do. They are for a bridal party. Can you tell me the exact amount of days they will take to be shipped. Hollow to Floor This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with BARE FOOT ). I measured exactly how you explained but this doesn't mean I will wear the dress in bare foot, correct? How the situation will be resolved in this case, as the dress is too short and you didn't take into account my considerations in the order? Thank you,

The dress is beautiful and very well made. The rhinestone and sequin bodice is even more beautiful in person. Dress is slightly larger than normal so a size less might fit better. If you are not well endowed then you definitely want a size smaller as the halter neck may have to be shortened to take up the slack. Shipping was amazingly fast and I won't hesitate to order from here again and again!
